Is our team too small?
Nope! We have stores from as few as 4 reps using the process to make the team as efficient as possible. This allows for small teams to achieve big results.
Are my top guys going to want to leave?
Some reps may not like the new process. We have found that those reps that are burning through opportunities don’t like it as they now have to slow down and work every opportunity, instead of jumping to what they think is the better one.
What if our location has a unique layout?
No problem, every store has a uniqueness that will be discussed and we will determine the best solution during our implementation.
Will it work in other departments?
Absolutely, we have a good majority that use Nextup in Sales & Finance as we have a seamless integration between the two departments. We have solutions for the Service Department as well.
